With over 15 years in the financial and legal world, Dino has built a career on solving complex challenges for financial institutions.
As the CEO of iQR Asset Management, he led the company’s strategy, ensuring smooth operations, smart investments, and unwavering compliance in a fast-moving industry.
Before stepping into the CEO role, he was the company’s Partner and Head of Legal & Compliance, advising on everything from corporate governance to AML and fraud prevention.
Dino spent nearly seven years as Head of Legal & Compliance at HETA Asset Resolution BiH, where he oversaw his team performing the first large scale non-performing loans assignment in the country.
Earlier in his career, he served on the Supervisory Board of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Invest as well as its Director of Legal.

As Head of Legal at Wiener Osiguranje Vienna Insurance Group, he’s spent the past eight years making sure the company stays on top of regulations, manages risk smartly, and avoids legal pitfalls.
Prior to that, Davor built his expertise in banking law at Addiko Bank Bosna i Hercegovina.

Bio
Vladimir is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, labor, commercial, and financial law.
He spent over a decade at Mtel a.d. Banja Luka, a leading telecom operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he progressed through key legal and HR-related roles, starting as an Associate for Internal Affairs and working his way up to the Chief Associate for Contracts and Insurance Affairs.
In that role, he was responsible for drafting and negotiating complex contracts, handling corporate insurance matters, and managing legal risks in agreements with international partners.
